Membership
Membership is open to those interested in or involved in Local Government and our membership includes Councillors, Local Government Officers, former councillors, and prospective local government candidates as well as associated business representatives.
As a not-for-profit organisation, ALGWA (Queensland Branch) relies on your membership base for support. Your membership fees enable the Association to offer networking and professional development programs throughout the State. Part of your membership fee contributes towards the work of the National Board.
Membership is undertaken on a financial year basis from 1 July until 30 June. The membership fees for the 2023-2024 financial year are $85.00 for an individual and $250.00 for Corporate Membership. To join or renew your membership, please complete the relevant membership form and submit it via the button on the form.
